What is the refund process?

You can request your refund If you found any defects in your gadget.

To return an item, please email customer service at support@sellyourgadget.shop to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and we will create a shipping request from our side so you can mail it to our office.

You just have to pack the product and make it ready for shipping. Our Courier Person will take the packed product and hand it over to us in next couple of days to the following address:

Please note, Once we receive the items at our office and once checked and verified, we will initiate a refund and it should reach you in 1-3 working days. INR500.00 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.
