How can we track our order?

Thanks for placing an Order on SYG Shop. Now it’s our turn to deliver the gadget at your doorstep safely and securely.

There are two methods to track your order: From Your orders page or from order tracking page.

From Your Order Page

1. Log in into your Account 
2. Go into Account Dashboard
3. Click on Orders 
4. Choose your order and scroll down to see your tracking information.

From Your Order Tracking Page

1. Go into your Order tracking page from the footer of the website.
2. Enter your Order id and account e-mail address.
3. Click on “Track”
4. You can see your order tracking details from there.
